The biggest Zion event on the whole of Africa is back with a bang, the UBZ Choir Competition. Ubuhle Buka Zioni with Indoni Production are bringing you yet another 4th installment of the Zion only choir competition which features 20 choirs from across South Africa and neighbouring countries like Swaziland. This annual event which started in 2009 in Alexandra will be hosted in Thokoza this year, at Thokoza Auditorium on the 28th of July 2012.
The 2011 competition winners, True Servants of God Mass Choir from Standerton will be the host choir, with God's Vision Ministries (GVM) and Ithemba Lika Jehova Male Voices will be entertaining our audiences in between the competing choirs.
Choirs are going head to head for the grand prize of full album recording deal and DVD shoot worth over R17800 with Indoni Production, a fast growing recording house in the Zion industry headed by Sakhile Mbatha.
Tickets are available at Computicket, Shoprite and Checkers across the country, at R50 for standard ticket and R100 VIP Ticket which included red carpet entry, front row seats, 1 meal and refreshments.
