Amahlengethwa Youth Club AYC

Ubuhle Buka Zioni together with Amahlengathwa Osindiso church in Zion have started a youth club, this is yet another UBZ initiative that seeks to get the youth involved in solving some of the problems they face daily in their societies. It was established in 2009 and it's objective was to get the youth talking and also having them take a lead in solving the challanges that they are faced with daily. Issues such as relationships, sex and prevention, education quality in our communities, H.I.V/Aids and more are some of the topics that are discussed in the meetings. This group is open to everyone, the youth in particular and the regulars are encouraged to invite their friends to the sessions so that this initiative can reach as many people as possible. The club meets every Saturday at 2nd Avenue, Alexandra at Twala's residence (Home of Mr. Linda Twala who runs a home for the aged and disadvantaged kids called Puthaditjaba).
