Ubuhle Buka Zioni first music project to be released on the 1st of May 2010 . .

While the whole of South Africa is counting down just 50 days to the spectacular event to be staged in the country, the 2010 FIFA World Cup. UBZ is also counting down 10 more days to the release of the most anticipated album which features 10 songs from 8 different churches. This promises to be hot property seeing that all these churches prepared their best material to record for the album.

This album has all the ingredients of being the best release in the whole gospel industry in 2010, as 8 hungry and talented church choirs agreed to get together and do this. The album is titled Izwi Lamakholwa Vol.01 which simply means the voice of believers. The reason this title was chosen was because this album won't be the last one to come out, we hope we can go to as many as 100 volumes. This album will work as a platform for churches who are working towards releasing their complete albums. As it will help in marketing them to possible customers and also help in introducing them to the industry before they can release their actual project.

The album has original and never before heard material all produced and mixed by a talented and young producer by the name of Trinity. Trinity boasts a long and succesful career in the industry, having worked with the best artists and producers in the music industry.

Publishing and Distribution will be handled by the UBZ Production house. The long anticipated album which features churches who where also involved in the 2009 UBZ Choir Competition which was organised and hosted by the Ubuhle Buka Zioni will be released on the 1st of May 2010. The launch of the album will take place on the same day at Central Johannesburg College also known as Alexandra Technical College in Alexandra. The preceedings will commence at 11H30.
